My order arrived damaged, what can I do?

Please let me know WITHIN 7 DAYS of your order being delivered and I will send you a replacement. Submit a message via the Contact page or email me at deathknelljill@gmail.com. Thanks!
What are your book nooks made out of? Are they eco-friendly?

I 3D print each item using high quality PLA filament. All of our products are made with PLA (polylactic acid), a biodegradable plastic derived from renewable resources such as corn starch and sugarcane. PLA is one of the most commonly used sustainable bioplastics because it has a lower carbon footprint compared to petroleum-based plastics.
When will I get my order?

I will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Current shipping lead times can be found at the top of the page.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?

I personally print, pack, and ship every single order from Southern California.
Do you ship internationally?

I am soooo sorry, but I do not ship internationally at this time.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. FREE shipping for all orders over $49!
Do you sell STL files?

Sorry, but I do NOT sell my STL files. My designs are not available for purchase as files.
Can I make a change to my order?

Changes are not guaranteed, but if you need to update your shipping address or request an item swap/addition, please contact us within 24 hrs by using the contact page.
Do you do custom or wholesale orders for bookstores of bookclubs?
